1. Introduction and Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "Player") and mamk24 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform" or "We"). This agreement governs all aspects of your use of the mamk24.net website, including but not limited to account registration, use of gaming services, financial activity and any interaction with our Platform.

mamk24 operates under a valid international licence and complies with applicable licensing requirements. This licence allows us to provide online gaming services including slots, live casino, sports betting and online roulette to eligible players.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including those who browse the website without registering an account. Continued use of this website, whether with or without a registered account, is considered full agreement to all terms contained herein.

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account at mamk24, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not be on any active self-exclusion list or prohibition list.
• Provide true, accurate and complete personal information during the registration process.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.
• Not be registering as a proxy or representative on behalf of another person.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account at a time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. mamk24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate all related accounts if this violation is detected, including confiscating any balances involved subject to the applicable conditions.

2.3 Identity Verification

mamk24 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from players at any time, including a copy of the identity card (MyKad) or passport, proof of current address, and bank account or e-wallet details. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing or account closure.

2.4 Password Security

Players are fully responsible for keeping their account login credentials confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account will be treated as your own action unless you have reported an account compromise to our customer support without delay. mamk24 is not liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to keep their account information secure.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit limit is RM50 per payment method. Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All deposits must originate from an account or e-wallet registered in the player's own name.

mamk24 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for deposits deemed unusual. Deposits found to originate from unlawful or suspicious sources will be held pending investigation.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal limit is RM100. All withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after approval. This timeframe may be extended during security checks or when there is a high volume of withdrawal requests.

Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet that has been verified and registered in the same player's name. mamk24 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Rules

Players are prohibited from using the mamk24 platform for any money laundering or terrorism financing purposes. mamk24 complies with international financial compliance requirements and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

4.1 Welcome Bonus

mamk24 offers a welcome bonus of 100% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount received before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 15 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,700 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 15 = RM7,500

The welcome bonus may only be claimed once by each new player. Registering multiple accounts to claim this bonus repeatedly constitutes fraud and will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and the closure of all related accounts.

4.2 VIP Programme

mamk24 offers a VIP programme with three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier comes with a different weekly cashback benefit — Bronze players are eligible for up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver up to 1.0%, and Gold up to 1.5%. Progression to a higher tier depends on sustained qualifying game activity.

4.3 General Promotion Terms

• All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
• mamk24 reserves the right to cancel, modify or end any promotion at any time.
• Misuse of the bonus system, including hedge betting with bonus funds, may result in bonus cancellation without notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.

5. Game Rules and Conduct

All games available at mamk24 are governed by an independently certified random number generator (RNG). The result of each game is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure that can be verified by system records.

Players are prohibited from using automation software, bots or any unfair method to influence game outcomes. Collusion between multiple accounts in table games to gain an undue advantage is also strictly prohibited.

In the event of a technical failure during a game session, mamk24 reserves the right to void the affected round and restore the account balance based on system records. Any winnings arising from a technical error will not be honoured.

If a player believes a game result is incorrect, a report must be submitted to customer support within 24 hours of the incident. Complaints submitted after this period may not be possible to investigate effectively.

6. Player Responsibilities

As a registered mamk24 player, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are betting with your own legally obtained personal funds, not borrowed money or funds that should be used for your basic needs or those of your dependants.
• Gambling is an activity that carries financial risk. You understand and accept that risk before playing.
• You will not play under the influence of alcohol or drugs that may impair your judgement.
• You will comply with all local laws applicable to you regarding online gambling.
• You are solely responsible for the financial and personal consequences arising from your gambling activity on this platform.

7. Restrictions, Suspension and Account Termination

mamk24 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate a player's account under the following circumstances:

• Proven or suspected fraud, misconduct or any activity contrary to these terms.
• Registration and use of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents within the specified period.
• Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour towards customer support staff.
• Use of unauthorised payment methods or payment methods belonging to another party.
• Violation of any laws or regulations applicable to the player concerned.

When an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, any funds linked to fraudulent activity may be withheld pending the completion of an investigation. Funds not related to the breach will be returned via an appropriate payment method subject to the relevant conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

mamk24 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including financial losses resulting from game outcomes that are not in the player's favour.

This platform is provided "as is" and mamk24 makes no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption. We will take reasonable steps to ensure platform availability, however technical disruptions beyond our control may occur from time to time.

In any circumstance, mamk24's total liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days prior to the liability claim being raised.

9. Personal Data Protection

mamk24 is committed to protecting players' personal data in line with recognised international data protection standards. Personal data collected during registration and use of the platform is used solely for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, identity verification and service improvement.

We do not sell, rent or disclose players' personal data to third parties without the player's consent, except where required by law or a competent authority.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the recognised international licensing jurisdiction under which mamk24 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of this platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the player and mamk24.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to refer it to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules and procedures set by the relevant licensing body.

mamk24 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
